On Kilimanjaro Climbs
You book with us and climb with us: we operate and control every aspect of our own climbs. We don’t just take bookings then sub-contract your safety and enjoyment to someone else.

Open climbs
Great if you want the company of other climbers. Our open groups are limited to 12climbers and are all guaranteed to run. We have open climbs starting every Saturday and Monday, except in the rainy seasons.
Private climbs
For your own personal adventure. Your choice of dates, route and options; your own team and as a result the very highest success rate. Perfect for a family, a school group or a group of friends or business colleagues.
Charity challenges
Our unique approach to charity climbs on Kilimanjaro that give lots of unique benefits like no minimum fundraising, ultra-low deposits and totally tailor made climbs to fit in with your exact requirements.

Flexibility
Our guiding principle is to work with each client, family and group in an individual way. We encourage you to work with us, discussing your interests, style of travel, budget, time frame and any other factors that would influence your trip – to come up with an itinerary best suited to you, your family or group. Noting that some have said that travel to Africa is not inexpensive, our tours offer the best value for your money.
Transportation
Our vehicles are 7-seater custom safari Land cruisers with pop-up roof ideal for game viewing and sight seeing. The buses are well maintained to provide maximum level of comfort and safety and are fitted with HF long range radios for easy communication. The vehicles are fully equipped with cool-boxes and first aid kits, as well as guide books on wildlife, birds and plants of East Africa.
Our driver/guides
We know this for a fact! The success of your safari will largely depend on your driver/guide. It is because of this that we have a great team of carefully selected driver/guides, well trained and experienced and with a vast knowledge of the wildlife and animal behavior as well as the local fauna and flora.
Departures
To make it is easy and convenient for the traveller, all our safaris depart daily with a minimum of 2 persons booking. We do this to allow our itineraries/safaris fit into your schedule, and prices are thus based on two persons and will go down with 3 and more participants. Please provide us with this information during your first enquiry to help us send you the most appropriate quotation.
Briefs
At the start of your safari, one of our tour consultants will take time to meet you preferably at our office (whenever possible) to introduce you to your driver/guide and take you through the safari program explaining what to expect while on the safari, provide background information and materials, discuss the dos and don’ts as well as answer any last minute questions that you may have.
Accommodation
Accommodation is valid and will greatly depend on your budget. There are several types ranging from 5-star hotels/lodges and luxury tented camps to the more basic adventurous camping for those who want to “rough it”. We can and will help you choose from the list when planning your trip. At whatever level, we provide the very best for our guests.
